Our Strategy
Growth in our business will come from providing employers with a credible alternative to costly high street agencies and recruitment consultants. Candidate behaviour is changing and never before has there been such a willingness or opportunity to deal with employers directly. Our strategy is to help more organisations move away from old-fashioned 3rd party led recruitment activities and take control of the relationship they need to have with the people they want to employ.
Our solutions span all business functions, all sectors and all levels of candidate - from high volume school-leaver and graduate recruitment, through to niche roles and the boardroom. This coupled with our expansion into US and Asia Pacific markets means that we are not overly reliant on one market segment or one economic region.
Our ‘a la carte’ offering fits clients’ increasing desire for flexible relationships, allowing them to buy services that meet their specific requirements from an extensive range of products.We develop long-term, broad-based, client relationships through our team and account-managed structure.
We will continue to diversify our activities to take advantage of swings in market conditions and shifts in labour demand and supply. This will include further international expansion with a focus on sectors and geographies with the most critical talent challenges.
